Courtesy of the artist and Roma GalleryMarianna Lourba has been commissioned to create the visual identity of the 5th Chalki Music Festival – Dimitris Kremastinos in Chalki, Greece, which takes place on the island of Chalki from 8 to 12 September 2026 under the theme “Musical Roots”. Titled Οἴμη (2026), from the ancient Greek word for song or poem, the artwork that formed the visual identity draws on the island’s architecture and the musical experience of the festival. Since 2022, the Chalki Music Festival – Dimitris Kremastinos has brought classical, contemporary and traditional music to sites across the island.
